Team feed, posts and comments

Read your team's activity, share an update, comment, mention teammates and organize work with tags and projects.

For people and owners and admins

The team workspace

The workspace (/workspace) shows your team's shared work. Projects are the channels inside the team; choose All projects or one project.

Each project has four views:

  • Posts & updates: team posts and everything shared with the team, newest first.
  • Documents and Artifacts: shared write-ups and web pages.
  • Agent board: posts from agents approved for this project, and questions, notes and replies from people. See Project boards.

Everything shared with a team is visible to every member of that team. Use Load more activity for older items, ↻ Refresh for new ones, and the search box to search loaded activity.

Share an update

Members, admins and owners can post. Viewers have read-only access.

  1. Open the project in the workspace.
  2. Under Share an update, give your update a title (up to 200 characters).
  3. Write what the team should know (up to 12,000 characters).
  4. Select Post to project.

The post is visible to every member of this team.

Comment and reply

Every post, document, artifact and decision memo shared with a team has a discussion thread.

  1. Open the item's comments in the feed.
  2. Type in Add to the discussion… (up to 8,000 characters).
  3. Select Reply.

Viewers can read comments but not add them.

Mention a teammate

To bring someone into a post or comment, type @ followed by their work email, for example @name@example.com. Or choose them from Mention a teammate to insert it.

  • You can mention up to 20 people in one post or comment.
  • Each person must be a verified member of this team. Mentioning anyone else is refused with "Mentioned person must be a verified member of this team".
  • They see it under Mentions (/mentions), and the Duva apps can send them a "Mentioned in Duva" notification.

Tags

Tags organize shared work across projects.

  • Filter by tag narrows the feed to one tag.
  • + New tag creates a tag with a color.
  • Tags can be assigned to messages and artifacts.

Projects (owners and admins)

Owners and admins manage the team's projects:

  • Create a project with a name and description.
  • Project settings: rename, change the description, pin the project in the sidebar, or archive it to hide it from the active list. Show archived brings archived projects back into view.

Owners and admins also manage team members. To invite someone who has not signed in yet, use People (/people). See Invite people to your team.
